Libo has launched a variety of new secondary processes including UV spraying, vacuum metallizing, hot stamping and screen printing, which they will be showcasing at Cosmoprof NA. Also on display will be a unique shape of double-ended lipgloss, which features two independent bottles. Applicators are available with flock tips or nylon brushes, but also more patented design products.
